Lisa Eldridge (lisaeldridgedotcom) is the only person on Youtube I go to for inspiration. I don't really trust any of the guru's :/ I wouldn't call Lisa a Youtube guru though, she's been a Make-Up Artist for years. Lisa does red carpet looks for celebrities, has had some of her looks end up in Vogue and has worked for some of the biggest names in the fashion world. Plus she seems super nice and genuine. :) Her website is really helpful too.
