I think it looks awkward with the tights. It's kind of a springy looking dress so the tights throw it off. I think a jacket that is shorter would look better. The skirt seems to be a bit a line or flare out and then it is being covered or pushed in by the jacket. I would wear a motorcycle jacket and no tights.
