This dress is NIce..add a nice bold necklace, with a bracelet, and cute sparking earrings. far as the shoes, you can do some heels, gold, silver, peep toe. a bold red Lip will send this dress into a red carpet dress!! your makeup, wow, a nice neutral eye using browns will be great. its not the dress, its about how you wear it

I wouldn't wear a necklace at all since the top of your dress has embellishments. instead I would wear a few bracelets...bangles would be great. and then long earrings with an up do. it would draw attention to your face because it would be open.
