Best drug store brand that I have found so far is definitely revlon. They have lots off color choices for a great price.

Wet n wild is actually really good. So weird because its so cheap (99¢ a tube!), but the color lasts for ages, and leaves a matte finish. Adding a tad bit of coconut oil (at home) or regular Chapstick (out n about) fixes that ifunny want a slightly glossier finish. Even if you don't love it, it's 99¢, so give it a go! Also great for trying new color trends without much commitment.

NYX's soft matte lip cream or their extreme lip cream if you like a glossier look. They are all about 6 bucks a piece.
