Instead of white liner you should try a nude liner, Rimmel's scandaleyes liner in naked I believe is perfect.

A good trick also is a bit of a light shimmery eye shadow in the inner corners of your eyes make them look bigger and pop! :)

Try also a purple eye shadow. It's great for brown eyes. It may not make your eyes bigger but it definitely makes the eye color stand out.

If you're using just a pencil liner alone on your bottom waterline that's a biiiig no no! get yourself a "bullet brush" or a flat eyeshadow brush, dab a dark brown or black eyeshadow and do a Smokey line along the bottom of your eye, it will make your eyes look a lot bigger, look at my pic for example.

A primer ,spray your eyes with a setting spray n use a good shadow.Your brushes play a huge part n your look.Shimmer n metallic shadows are great for popping eyes.

Yes Teresa I agree that's what I do I put white eyeshadow an the a thin liquid liner with a wing and I always get compliments. They stand out with little a bright colors.

Curl your lashes and layer mascaras. thats what I do(: you can also use white eyeliner on your waterline but honestly that didnt work for me.. just made me look weird.
