I haven't really found a good drugstore eyebrow pencil. I did not like Maybelline Define-a-Brow. I thought it was really hard and wasn't very pigmented. MAC eyebrow pencils are okay, I personally don't use them. I really like Benefit's Instant Brow Pencil since it's really creamy and applies smoothly. I seal it with Anastasia's Brow Gel or Model in a Bottle's Eyebrow sealer.

I love useing the wet n wild color icon eyeliner/eyebrow pencils and they are cheap so if it doesnt work for you your only out a buck so I'd give those a try

I usually end up using my UD 24/7 pencil for my eyebrows instead of my brow wax and powder kit from benefit. The UD really stays on 24/7!
