Dark wash skinny jeans and some red high heels. whatever it is I think it should be jeans just because the top is shortish. When I'm out and I see girls wearing pretty much nothing it always seems to be ill fitting and confused. a pair of jeans you can't go wrong with. concerts are long and I would wanna be comfy so go for whatever makes you feel that way. cute top though. <3 do some fun stuff with hair and makeup.

Brittany has a good point, I wouldn't want to spend a concert with a revealing top, short skirt and high heels worrying about pretty much everything! (pop outs, stuff getting higher, twisting ankles..). So if you definitely wanna do that top then I think do skinny jeans and red sandals.
