For concealer try Maybelline Instant Age Rewind, its amazingly creamy and the texture is so nice. I mean, obviously you're not aging but it works well anyway. Another good option would be Revlon Photo-ready concealer.

When I can splurge I want to buy higher end products. I've heard allot about fit me, photo ready and true match if only you could sample before you buy that would have saved me money in the past.

Buy at Ulta so you can try it at your convenience and return policy is great there so you will find the right shade:) or ask the girls there at Ulta & they will help. good luck!
