It depends on the type of acne below the surface bumps cam be treated with mario badescu buffer lotion n it sometimes works overnight but not always for whiteheads you can use mario badescu drying lotion to harden it over night making it easy to remove with exfoliation the next day - also doesn't always work that fast but for little pimples it can - and then if you have large red cystic acne that stuff will take much longer to clear up - but you can speed up the process with sulfur masks to dry them out and bring them to a head making them easier to get rid of - reducing redness can be done with tea tree oil n it works almost instantly too - those are my recommendations to speed up the healing process to quickly get rid of acne of different types.

Go to an esthetician! I went and she did tones of extractions (they hurt) and your face will look really gross for a couple days but it really helps to clear acne. Ask her if she can show you how to use the needle so you can do it at home. (when I do it at home the pimple is gone overnight) :)
