Eos doesn't do anything for me it's just waxy. I put eucerin on my lips before I sleep and when I wake up my lips are very soft and moisturized.

I recommend you don't try Eos, everyone swears by it but it's waxy as hell. It doesn't moisturize your lips, it coats them & it feels like you have a candle on your lips. Any other Chapstick is good except Eos. That is if you're looking for something to really keep your lips from chapping. That's my opinion

Philosophy Kiss Me Tonight is my favorite. I cannot be without it in the winter. It's an overnight balm but I sometimes wear it during the day or over lipstick. It's $22 but so worth it.
I also agree with those urging you to stay away from EOS. I love their shaving cream but their lip balm is some of the worst ever in my opinion. They definitely use the unique packaging to get people interested. But the actual product is not worth it if you ask me.

Vaseline. Cheap and better than any Chapstick I tried. (I used a teaspoon to scrape some into an old [clean] makeup sample container for on the go). And I have the sugar Chapstick and the generic brand they sell at the drugstore. I prefer this.
