This is AWESOME!! I love heart warming stories, especially when it takes courage and guts to get us there! you are all inspiration to so many who may read this and say nothing! this is what Christmas is about for me, looking at how far we have all come and encouraging each other to keep going!

I have moved to Canada to work on my Masters in Anthropology. I walked away from a man "who I thought was right", but turned out not to be. I do street outreach when I am not at school or studying and this provides the best "happy" feeling for me. I know what it is like to be homeless, hungry, cold and scared. I love giving back to my community in hidden ways. bringing a smile to someone else's face is happiness indeed..

We have some pretty strong ladies on here. This year I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, went back to school, work full time, got a promotion to a general manager ( I basically own a store) and overall I'm just happy
