Liquid or pencil eyeliner?

Same as Sevetria! Just started using liquid when I joined beautylish. I never knew what a difference it made! Love liquid pen for top and pencil for my waterline.

Liquid is more precise and pencil is more natural, but I definitely prefer liquid.

Really depends what look you're going for. If you want a kind of smoked out smudged look pencil & for the waterline as well, but definitely liquid for that sharp precise cat eye or just normal line above the lid.
