Neither. If you can't decide which to get on your own and don't plan on eventually having both, then you should get neither for now. Tattoos are permanent, you girls need to learn this, you shouldn't be asking others what to get because it is on YOUR body the rest of your life, not theirs, and most (if not all) of these people do not know you.

It better to try and come up with something original that speaks to you, but if I had to choose I'd say 1, although I've seen similar designs on lots and lots of girls. Also keep in mind that finger tattoos fade very quickly, the ones on my knuckles are only 2 years old and already spreading slightly and turning blue. I still love them though and if you find a design you really love then go for it :)

Also the artist that copies this and doesn't change it up can get in serious trouble, I've even seen a guy lose his job for copying a tattoo for his client.
