I have sparsely used heat in my hair from December 2010!! I haven't dyed it, or added any chemicals in that time as well. Only using heat for dates, or special occasions and my hair literally grew 15 inches! I have the picture on my profile if you want to see it!

Nearly 4 months.. I can't straighten my hair cuz it's the monsoons here and I have to do with heat - free hairstyles.. but once I stopped I actually started getting compliments on my curls and I actually like my natural hair now.. thanks to a good haircut I got 5 months ago??
