Thats an adorable concert outfit! Ithink its a bit more conservative than you need it to be, so if you feel comfortable I'd say take the sweater off you'll be sweatin from dancing anyways!! Honestly, don't worry about it being too inapropriate I wear half as much as you're wearing when I go to concerts!! Its if you're comfortable that counts. HAVE A TOM OF FUN!!
