Using shampoos with a lot of sulfates and alcohols and proteins you should wash your hair no more than twice I week. If you have a shampoo with out these ever second day :)

And if you have grease problems by washing your hair less you can train it to not get greasy so fast. It gets greasy because you wash it so much and it's trying to build up all the oils it needs to be healthy :)
