If your going to use a heavy liner on the bottom maybe lay off the top liner completely to make the eyes pop more. Other than that both the colors purple and blue look soooo cute under the eye and will give you a pop of color!

I agree with the thinner line...
But how could make up even possibly make someone appear slutty? I would never look at a girls make up and go, "Yeah, definitely a whore." That's just weird to me :/
