@Cruz my mom also has a problem with my jean shorts and they're the same length as yours. She says they're "on the short side" but lets me wear them. I think yours are fine.

In my opinion as long as you aren't hanging out you are good (or at least depending on the shirt). I use to know a girl that always wore shorts that her butt hung out of and skirts where you could see her cooch, not that is too short, the only time she wore longer was if it was too cold for that (which in her mind apparently was when snow was on the ground)

Defo acceptable! I've seen worse where people's butts are hanging out but it doesn't look tight and not too short...
I'm not aloud to wear high wasted shorts, only knee length... I find it hard to choose clothes but its for a religious reason so I'm fine with that 😄

Lol I'm very old fashioned so you probably wouldn't want my opinion. I wouldn't let my kid wear that out the house, unless it is dressed properly with the right shirt and jacket. Can't have too much skin showing.

If you feel comfortable and not too exposed in them, then they're perfect. it's all about what YOU like and what you feel comfortable in! dress for you, not anybody else. I think they're adorable and short shorts are my favorite!
