I agree with Toribeth. however I don't understand why people could say 'don't wear it if you don't know how to apply it correctly' all of us were young or at a stage once where we had no idea what to do with what and we all made embarassing mistakes. I don't necessarily 'judge' a person by their makeup, but sometimes I look at someone and I just think like 'wow' 'wow, she must be really insecure' or 'wow shes so creative I wish I could do that' none of these things are really negative, its just observations.

No, because it's not my business what others apply to their own face. Also, if it makes them happy and it's what they wanted to do then more power to them.

I wouldn't judge anyone on how MUCH makeup they wear, just how they apply it maybe. For example, orange foundation/jaw foundation line, caked up, or grimey lashes or something. I'm really in no place to judge, I mean I wore blue feather lashes for my birthday in high school ahaha. I go to school in NYC and I prefer being my dolled up crazy self there rather than at my hometown, where people definitely judge me about it. I think that's why I don't really judge others on that stuff. It's self-expression. Do what makes you happy and eff the rest :)

As a man, I do. I like women with very natural makeup. It lets me see how they really look.

Unfortunately, sometimes I do. I try not to, however sometimes I do if they are wearing a ton or if it looks really badly.

I don't judge by how much a person wears. Although I'm jugey on how it is applied, properly done make up you shouldn't be able to tell that there's loads on the face, when it's ill done or orangey or cakey I can't help but think it looks bad, as well as if it is just a young girl who has too much and is trying to hide her youth.

Yes but I only do if they can't apply it properly and you no they could if they tried it only really annoys me if they have a jaw line, flips, foundation to dark or just bad application that's all xx I don't mean it in a mean way that's what ticks me off oh and when you see people buying makeup not right for their skin type that always annoys me as well lol sorry for the rant :/ don't hate on me just my opinion :) x

As far as younger girls or those who have trouble applying it, I write that off to the makeup learning curve. As great as the internet is, you can't really learn how to apply without doing it on yourself...and nobody gets it right right off the back. Plenty of people learn early for dance or something like that. So I don't really judge, because even though I am pretty consistently good with doing subtle, situation-appropriate makeup, I have plenty of early-millennial bad makeup days with weird lipliner (why?), too light or too dark foundation and wonky eyeliner.

Generally no, but it does happen and I'd be lying if I said I didn't.
