@donna African black soap does a lot of things.. it's all natural and helps treat acne.. oily skin..fades dark spots.. eczema.. psoriasis.. improve skin elasticity.. and deep cleans.. you can but in a bar soap or a liquid for. I manly use it for my face because that's my problem are. but you can wash your body with it. the liquid form you can use it in hair as a shampoo if your like. I use African black soap by Shea Moisture. I buy from CVS for 4.99. its a big 8oz bar soap! lol well worth the money. hope it works for you.
