I agree with many it depends, but since I work at an office I try to keep it as simple and neutral as possible - so 15-20 mins on average.

I take my time when I have time lol so if I'm going for a full makeup look maybe around 20-40 min an if I have no time and I'm not doing a full look prob about 10-15 min.. So if I'm going somewhere special I really get picky and take my time :)
