Its not that its too slutty, its just its a little too "grown up". I'm 14 too and I wouldn't wear it. Its extremely cute though just for someone who's older ()

Unless you hav the exact body. Maybe tweek it so your more confident in it if your not sure to wear it. Personally I don't think its sluttty but if your unsure just change it a lil bit(:
