A bb cream or tinted moisturizer, neutral eyeshadow, powder if your oily, brown eyeliner, mascara and lip gloss or tinted lip balm like Babylips. It's just a nice natural look that won't damage your skin, just make it more moisturized.

Maybe a bb cream and some mascara? Maybelline dream fresh bb cream is awesome! it just evens out your skin tone. for mascara I'dsay try clump crusher by cover girl , its really easy to apply! :)

I'm 12 and my mom is very picky what I use I use clinic and I use mineral not liquid my no bright colors only natural just a pink light lip gloss and not a lot of eyeliner and mabye a light pink eyeshadow?

I didn't wear any makeup at thirteen. IMO, at that age, skincare is more important. Focus on that instead.
