Elana I think you need to come back down to earth! take a step back and think about it first, don't just act a certain way or buy something because you think you need it to 'raise the bar' - if your as good or as talented as you oh so modestly think you are, you won't need it anyway.

If I was going to spend a lot of money on a bag, I would buy something really unique and interesting instead maybe from an up and coming designer or custom. If I was going to buy something expensive and name-brand I would buy vintage designer-but not new. I always like to stand out with my fashion choices though, so that's just me.

15 and you are looking at a 3k bag. No friggin way. Spend 30 on a bag and put the rest of that money in the bank. Save it for a car, an education, etc. No one needs a bag like that, ESP a 15 yr old. Be smart and invest wisely.

I feel like spending $3000 on a bag that will be out of style soon is such a waste. There are so many other important uses for that money. And like Natalie said, if I were going to spend so much money on an accessory, I'd want it to be something really unique that stands out and is one of a kind.
