Anything you use you shouldn't put near your piercing, the only thing that should be near it is water, saline and a fragrance free moisturizer. Any scrub, mask or topical treatment shouldn't be used until it's completely healed, and even after that you don't want anything that can irritate the wound or get into it and cause an infection.
I would use a salicylic acid topical treatment and avoid your nostril with the piercing completely. Once it's healed make sure you use a qtip to apply it on that nostril and avoid the piercing hole and a few mm around it.
