Buying a drawer chest.

I am moving to a rented room for doing a diploma course. The room is small but comfy but there are no storage spaces in the room except for a big cupboard. So I need to buy a small drawer closet to keep all my certificated, accessories, makeup items etc. I was looking at Surplus Furniture and came upon these http://www.surplusfurniture.com/en/moncton/bedroom/chests/1/. My budget is upto $350, so which one do you think will be the best?

Only: $198

It is a little smaller, but shouldn't take up too much room. you might be able to use part of it as a vanity if you sit to the side and have a tall chair. It was available under the British Columbia location.
