I bought today my new years eve dress but I actually don't know what makeup nor shoes nor hair to pair with it do you guys have any idea?
( my hair is shoulder length now )

You could do black or navy heels, a navy smokey eye and a nude lip. As for hair, you could curl it, or do a high ponytail 😜

I think for shoes if your going more casual go with chunky sneakers e.g. vans or Nike's or more boot like @Kim M has put which I love! It depends what you have at already and if you want to buy some more shoes and what you would wear again. Hope that helps:) ♡

Do you watch An Knook on YouTube? She does beautiful make up, especially eyes, she might have a great eye look from some palettes you have on hand. The looks posts are gorgeous as well. A great choker would look smart with that dress, and I'd wear my hair in a high pony, or full but undone, not beachy, textured if that makes sense, kind of sexy. Definitely some substance to the heel of the shoe, that's very now, or a nice stiletto, I don't want you to spend a ton of money... the boots are cool. It's what ever you feel beautiful and comfortable in since it's a long night.
