It looks like you have gorgeous thick hair. I think it looks great the way it is now! If you grow it out it might weigh you down and if you cut it short it might poof out instead of laying the way you want it to

It could be just the styling of the hair but I do like the medium length one as the long one looks heavy and it weighs you down. Generally speaking you look great with both medium or long.
