Just use a face wash geared more toward normal skin.
It'll clean your skin without over stripping the skins oils.

Though you are looking for the face wash but choose the face wash that is made up of natural ingredients. Avoid chemical based face wash.

It is actually not unheard of to have dehydrated and oily skin. Dehydrated skin lacks water, not oil. A salicylic acid based cleanser will help with oiliness, and either a serum or moisturizer with hyaluronic acid will help with any dehydration, as hyaluronic acid holds 1000x it's weight in water :)
