Sedona Lace, Royal and Langnickel ,Coastal Scents, Bdellium, and Crown Brush all make great inexpensive brushes. Real Techniques brushes are also fairly inexpensive and are great qualit!

Elf brushes...the studio line...they r cheap n supper soft..specially the kabuki 1 and the flat top face brush..this 2 brushes r very good quality y not give it a shot!!

Definately Real Techniques!! The price range is $7-$15 and the quality is top notch. I have only used Elf crease brush & lip brush but they both were great too.
