I have super thick hair and thin it about twice a year. Its naturally curly and crazy puffy so it makes it much easier to manage. My hair also feels lighter and looks so much healthier after its thinned. If your hair is so thick it becomes a hassle, i say go ahead and thin it! For me, i cant see a difference but i can feel a huge one.
