I agree with Sandra. Dark hair looks so good :) you resemble a little bit to a Mexican actress (Maite Perroni). And if you try to go lighter, avoid something to dramatic, maybe some highlights.

I loveee that middle part!! Honestly I think most colors would suit you but I think a caramel color would be so nice:)
