Latifah, the perfume is musky.. not as strong as I like. The shadow is pigmented and creamy but really bronzy.

Definitely do it, Nelly! Although my bag wasn't so customized to what I like this month, last month was awesome, this month was great, only I don't really use any of the stuff I got. But it's definitely worth $10, no doubt.

Yes, they replace broken products. I believe you attach a picture to the email along with your statement. That's weird that it's been several days, they usually reply within a few hours. Make sure you check your spam folder!
