ladies, i believe she asked for cheap palettes. try sleek makeup, palettes have great pigmentation and is around $10.

Sleek Make Up palettes - inexpensive, great choice of colours and types (mattes and shimmers or full sparkles like their latest palette), lovely pigmentation and they do stay whole day. They blend well and with each palette you can create variety of looks. Each palette has 12 colours and they are usually mixture of mattes and shimmers but they also have 12 colours of only one type.
I have 7 different Sleek palettes and cannot recommend them enough.

I've heard that coastal scents pallets are great check them out on coastal scents's site
