My goodness all these lip threads are driving me lip crazy lol what is going on with this hype 😴😊👄💋💄

@alma the hype started with kylie Jenner and her full lips & mauve nude colors.
"She brought back the 90's mauve trend" as everyone says.
although it's always been here just not as popular lol.
after her trend a company came out with a way to create full lips like Kylie's although it's only temporary.

I'm with Alma. It kinds just feel like if ppl start say " put poop on your face so and so dose this and look how beautiful they are" the world would evenually start doing it lol. no offense but...

sometimes lip injections look a bit ridiculous in my opinion.

I wish I had fuller lips but I'm pretty sure I'd never actually get injections, too scared and also too cheap hah;)

I just can't 😵 I just can't Lol OK I was in high school in the early 90's that color and cinnamon never left my life he he 😄 but you know when trends happen and later on in life like a year or two or even longer you look back and think wow what was I thinking? Well for me looking back at my wild moments of trends at a younger age isn't noted on the Web (Thank goodness lol) like how things are now because now it's all over the world wide Web and social media for all who post all these types of trends and it will always be there even when looking back and thinking to self wow what was I thinking.I just hope this trend will go into the lip mist because it's making people do somethings that may not be the best way to get the look.

I agree alma. although I do like the color it's just gone a bit overboard.
the lip trend for my family was usually the dark brown lip liner or brown lip colors. which I still do love brown lipsticks.

I'll have to agree, I'm not super big on the trend because the over lined lips don't look great in person and most of the time the lips look swollen because they weren't meant to be bigger in size. As I said in JOcelyn's thread, I prefer the look of natural full lips haha.

Don't get me wrong I'm for injections and all doc approved stuff and lip plumper's but homemade stuff makes me nervous and the fact people trust the IG movement to much.

Yesss renay I agree.
I cannot over line my lips or else they look huge and so un natural since I do already have full lips.
although I don't like overlined lips on anyone. or the whole shot glass method & plus it scares me too. lol

^same my lips are kinda on full side and if I overdraw I look fake haha and the whole bottle cap, shot glass, medicine cap looks like it would have bigger affects later in life. Like wrinkles...

Don't get me wrong I'm all for ppl doing what makes thm happy with thier body. I mean look at me, I'm tatted up and I'm sure ppl look at me and wonder what the hell was I thinking. I'm in no place to past judgment. I guess with our life style and finances I just could not justifie spendn tht much on something temporary. Also I feel like a lot of ppl just do certin things bc its a trend and it looks "good" on this and tht celeberty, thts the part I find ridiculous. And no, I'm not directly talkin about one person, just in general. A couple years back every one wanted to be model thin bc tht was "beauty" ppl would get libo to make thier booties smaller. Now every one wants to be thick with big asses! lol media definitely has a big impact on how ppl see beauty.

I would love bigger lips but God just ddnt bless with that and why would I question him. I have to be happy with myself the way I am bc if I start nit-pickin evrything I think is a flaw thn I would be sooooo self conscious and I don't need that.

It's all about all the celebrities and what they're doing and also the media.
trying to brainwash everyone. try's to tell people right from wrong, what type of body is "beautiful" that's why I say just embrace what you have.
as in lips, everyone has beautiful lips no need to get temporary big ones.
big or small, still beautiful
