Renay is there a different drug store full coverage you would recommend? I will probably end up buying a few just to try out which ones are preferable to me lol

Honestly, the only actual full coverage one I've tried is the Color Stay and I can't stand it lol. It's a love or hate type of thing, some really love it and some really hate it lol. It might work for you! It sucks we can't get samples of foundations from the drugstore 😒 I hate gambling other people's money because what I like they may not! Lol.

The only drugstore foundation I like is the Rimmel Match perfection, but it's definitely not full coverage. I do like true match, but only for the colder months, in summer it just doesn't work out well for me. It gets oily after a few hours and feels sticky on the face like it never sets lol. Maybe it's just the weather here, though, I dunno. Sorry I can't help much :( haha

Another one you should check out is the Covergirl 3 in 1, I haven't tried it personally but a lot of people have said its a lot lighter than the color stay!

I agree that true match isn't for the warmer months, no no no. ^

I definitely agree about the samples.. That would be very helpful! Thanks again to all of you though! You've been a big help! Not going in completely blind haha.

I really like Loreal true match regular version. You can build up the coverage to full and for me it actually works better in the summer. I also loved the Revlon colorstay but I can't find a shade to match me. The cover girl 3 in 1 had really good coverage but it didn't work for my skin type. It would probably work for yours though. And I'd be good in the summer, since it dries to a matte finish.

Try revlon colorstay for normal to dry skin, best drugstore foundation for full coverage. The oily/combination one doel feel a bit like your wearing a mask!

For full coverage I would recommend Covergirl 3 in 1 or Loreal Infallible. Revlon Colorstay is full coverage as well but I hated it, it's horribly thick and just feels awful. Loreal True Match is only really a medium coverage but I couldn't bring myself to love it either. It just slid right off my skin and didn't cover anything very well at all.

Covergirl 3 in 1 for sure!! I love it! And I find its comparable to my Estée Lauder double wear foundation

Thank you all so much! I ran to target and picked up the true match in C3 (yep I'm that pale) I have yet to really play around with it but figured if I don't like it I'll run and pick up the 3 in 1 next or color stay!

So I purchased the true match like I had stated yesterday and today when I first put it on it looked an felt great, I didn't feel like it was heavy and my skin looked flawless almost... Now is another story. I've put on matte powders and everything and I feel like my skin LOOKS so oily. It doesn't feel oily nor is it oily but it looks wet and gross.. Any suggestions or advice? Anyone else have this problem? Sorry for the picture awkwardness lol just snapped a random pic to show how it looks.

Hmm wierd. I just recently went kind of nuts and decided to try a few drugstore foundations so I chose colorstay, true match and fit me. I actually like all 3 for different reasons but since 2 of those get oily on you maybe exchange it for the colorstay. You will definitely not have that prob with it. Otherwise, if you're not already, use a primer and setting powder or spray or both. Hope you can find a way to love it or get one you do:)

It's the mica reflection that gives off the radiant look from the foundation, it's peeking through.;)
