I love the primer that Jacqlyn mentioned and the Loreal magic base primer. For foundation my favorite is the maybelline fit me dewy great for dry skin.

For primer I use NYX Photo Loving Primer, a little of it goes a long way and it doesn't feel very thick or silicone-y on the skin

Mine is pretty normal but I love Rimmel match perfection and neutrogena healthy skin. Super light but good coverage and a beautiful luminous finish on both
