I have the Strobe and love it Tamara. If you get a chance to try boots N7 Radiance Beauty balm it's very similar to it, I rotate the two :)

Kelly when you have gotten to try it, could you do a mini review of the waterproof pro longwear? one where you give your skin type, and how it holds up? plleeaassee?! lol

Alma...years ago I tried Select Cover Up when I was hanging out with a good friend who was working at Peanuts in L.A. He was a drag queen/MUA and I was goofing off in his kit and applied it as a foundation because I felt so plain jane around all that flawless. With a soft touch of powder to set it my face looked HOT. Now that you mention it...I should revisit it and pick up a tube.
Kelly...I remember when you posted your collection the year before last. OMG...and you said its become much bigger...yes...do post when you have the time. ;)

Is select cover up like an undereye concealer or a spot concealer?

Alma M.
It's both Kimberly and it's beautiful :) Shelley you must grab it I'm hooked on it.I think it's so under rated and it's so fantastic.

Ok, I am going to try to answer all questions. :)
Alma, I haven't tried the Shiseido Cream Eyeshadows, I am intensly afraid of cream shadows due to my super oily eyelids. You will have to let me know if they can work for me. The Select Cover Up I haven't tried, I asked about the MAC studio finish concealer and the girl that was helping me felt that it would crease in my wrinkles, I am searching for that concealer that will cover my serious dark circles, haven't found it yet. I haven't tried the Estee Lauder Bronze goddess, but just looked it up and it looks awesome, I wonder how it performs.
Sabrina, Score is the 3rd UD blush I have bought and I love them all, super pigmented to the point you have to be cautious, but the colors are lovely. The UD gloss imparts a beautiful color, but is sticky, I don't actually mind that so much, but lip products are the bain of my existence, I can't keep them on because I smoke (I know terrible habit, but it is my crutch).
Tamara, I haven't tried Strobe Cream, but I think it would make my already oily skin extra shiny so I have avoided it, but I do have the Armani Luminous Silk foundation and I love it.
Sam I will swatch the Cheek Pop and Cheek Gelee for you.
Kimberly, I Actually really like the Pro Longwear Foundation, but being an oily girl I am still searching for the right setting powder to pair with it, I have tried a few, but haven't found the perfect combo yet.

Oh P.S. no filter, my camera just fuzzed for some reason on my blue sundress. :)

Is this just the foundation? you have lovely skin, and no shininess!

Thank you Kelly, if you look into stiffer cream shadows they will lock in place like Shiseido cream, Mac paint pots, Mac paints peintures, Maybelline 24hr color Tattoo make sure when using them with a thin layer of eye primer. Yes I agree that studio Finish concealer would sink into fine lines. Color correcting camouflage concealer by Make up for ever is great and put Mac select cover up over or even try it on it's own is wonderful. As for something like Mac strobe but more for oily skin Boots N7 Radiance Beauty balm. Estee lauder I think I'll grab that palette I'm in love with the Goddess Gelee Highlight which I've been wearing often. :) by the way beautiful Kelly . Kimberly we can blame Kelly for our shopping list lol

Kimberly, that is the Timecheck lotion, the Pro Longwear Concealer, and the foundation, no powder, my MUFE powder didn't play well with it, next time I am going to try my RMS Un Powder with it.

I wonder how it would hold up with the oil control lotion rather than the time check. or maybe I need to check out time check too hahaha.

Alma, Thank You, I do use MAC paint pots under my powder shadows, but can't use them on their own due to creasing/transfer, I might try the Shiseido cream ones next. Maybe the mistake is that I use an eye primer with powder shadows, but not under cream shadows, duh... I do have deep lines under my eyes, I sleep very little and have a high stress job (public safelty and security), I think I will try the MUFE concealer you recommended, I have trully been on the search for that perfect concealer forever. They sell Boots N7 at my Walgreens so I will defenitely look at that. Please let me know when you grab that Estee Lauder palette, I am super curious.

And Alma or Shelley, please ladies, if you come to Chicago, let me know, I could use some help with eyeshadow creasing, concealer application, and lipstick (I so want to be able to wear lipstick for more than 2 minutes). :)

Kimberly, the Oil Control lotion might have been a better choice for me, but the TimeCheck just felt so silky and weightless.

For sure Kelly as soon as I get my hands on it I'll let you know and yes if ever I'm in your area prepare for some tips, just provide the wine lol ;)Have you tried a lipstick sealant yet? Sealed with a kiss is great you can purchase at Sally's or kmart I've been using it since the 90's lol and I know Sephora carries one that I have yet to try by Ciate London lip & Mix glitz sealer and believe it or not Elf actually has one to called Makeup Lock & seal which I have yet to try but will.

Alma, I would gladly take you to Lincoln Park and we could have Tapas and Sangria at Cafe BaBaReeba's, awesome food and I am sure you would love the atmosphere. I did try a lipstick sealant called Invisible Finish LipStix Lipstick Sealer, I bought it on Amazon, but it doesn't work, Imay to have to run over to Sally's (about 2 miles from me) and try the one you recommended. LOL, maybe Lipstick sealer will be my next shopping spree.

I come to Chicago I expect to eat,eat and eat. And fit in a run to Wrigley Field and run major hauls in the 'burbs. I have family in Carol Stream. Eyeshadow creasing...someone needs to come up with a setting spray just for the eyes to nix that in the bud.
Jul 9, 2015
Kelly H.
Shelley, that is the problem with living here, I eat and run, eat and run. LOL, the running just keeps me from getting bigger. I live in the burbs so I am fine with that. ;) I agree, there needs to be some special eye thing for oily lidded girls, I am searching for it, maybe I will create something and become rich...roflmao.
