I've recently discovered the Nivea Olive Oil and Lemon lip balm. It's green. But don't let the name and color scare you- it's AMAZING. It feels great and smells beautiful. It's really worth a shot!!

brush your lips with a tooth brush and a lil water and then apply some vaseline. Most people don't consider this but chapped dried lips is your body's way of saying more water please. Drink a glass and see what happens a few minutes later.
