I've recently discovered the Nivea Olive Oil and Lemon lip balm. It's green. But don't let the name and color scare you- it's AMAZING. It feels great and smells beautiful. It's really worth a shot!!

Vaseline lip therapy cocoa butter and a wet rag in the morning to exfoliate. I love the stuff. Baby lips works well throughout the day for me.

I have the same problem, I use a sugar lips scrub from lush. This really helps and you can lick it off! Urban decay's lip love didn't do much for me. I really thought the honey and it would help, But I have to say, Laura Merciers lip treatment is by far the best I have ever used!! I got it on eBay supercheap

Lip scrub definitely. You can make one at home. Use sugar, honey, any type of oil, and some lemon juice. Apply to the lips and rub to get off dead and dry skin. After purchase sugar lip treatment from sephora to your lips, it is literally my favorite Chapstick ever and is so soft and retains a lot of moisture and stays on for a long time and they also come in like a plain with no color and tons of other colors. Or you could buy the e.o.s. egg looking lip balm chap stick which does a pretty good job and smells good.
