On myself, I prefer short because it looks better on me. I think long nails are nice on other people but not me.

The nails in the pics I posted aren't rlly long. These are just a BIT longer. The problem is they keep breaking. I like to keep them simple sometimes too. Love the color nude.

Omg! Ruby, I'm glad you do your nails everyday too! My mum thinks I'm a freak for doing it everyday and using all of her nail varnish remover, how bigs your nail set anyway? I'm a beginner so mines like this,

I like long but always had a problem with them cracking so I finally gave in and put acrylics on. It's a bit of a pain to have to go back every 2 weeks to have them maintained but at least they always look nice

Short all the way. But I feel that it depends on style if you're more for simplicity and convenience short is the way to go. If you have the time to care for long nails more power to you!
