The outfit over all is really cute! But.. It needs more color, try wearing that shirt with a cute scarf or a long neck less, change your pants too a plain color.
Maybe plain black.
Get a black scarf and high legged boots :)

Not, the under shirt or bra is too bulgy and isn't complimenting your breast shape. Then the shirt and pants are too matchy. You kinda look short and the boots just look like oversized socks in this outfit.
