I too would love a Wizard of Oz palette based on the original movie. I would also love The Great Gatsby and Pocahontas since we're mentioning some Disney princesses :)

Silence of the Lambs! Haha I know it sounds weird but a makeup company could do SO much just from that one scene where Buffalo Bill does himself up in drag, I would SO buy it.

Willy Wonka pallets would be interesting, brights for candy, neutrals for chocolate, everyone is covered. That or Burlesque.

The Exorcist would be an amazing collection too IMO. They could do dark, deep, intimidating colors to represent Reagan, and light neutral innocent colors to represent the purity of father merran, and a neutral but almost pushing edgy color to represent father kerras's battle with his guilt for what happened with his mother. I just have a fascination with horror movies and I will make all of my dream collections happen one day! Haha.

I just watched the original Anastasia yesterday with Ingrid Bergman that might be cool but the cartoon Anastasia would probably be cooler.
