Thank y'all so much! The makeup including the eyeliner I use is Urban Decay...
And as for brows... I use a lip liner pencil and set it with a burgundy eye shadow...
Yes I have quite a high arch but underneath the red my eye brows are shaped exactly like that naturally... So I can't really help that...
