I'd undo the tie, tuck it in the skirt and different shoes.

I think if you got some bangles the same colours as are in the skirt (the blue, green and pink) it would tie the colours together better =]

and @ Shelby L there's no need to post a comment like that, if you havnt got anything constructive to say don't say anything at all!!
