They both look good on you! But since summer is coming and I don't know where you live lol but brown looks hot and if your going to be outside a lot it's going to get sun kissed.. I like the brown. The black looks very mysterious which I live as well but are you using permanant or Demi/semi? Once it's black it's hard to remove as you know unless you strip it or highlight it... IDE say brown for your skin tone, it warms you up too! Nice skin!:)
