Aveeno Ultra Calming Makeup Remover Wipes. They take off makeup the best hands down, without having to rub and scrub your face with the wipe. I've tried a ton and these are the only ones I've loved enough to repurchase. They are good for dry skin too because they leave the skin feeling soft and hydrated. They are about $8.49 at the drugstore but they go on sale often... Or probably cheaper at Walmart or Target.

I have normal to dry skin and I love the riteaid brand in the green package. It does not bother my sensitive skin and cost around $5 for 25. They often run bogo deals though with 5 extra wipes.

You DO NOT need to go high end. Boots No 7 Quick Thinking 4 in 1 wipes at Target. Use it for the face and will still be moist enough to take off ALL your eyemakeup. Also they NEVER dry out, pack of 30 for $6.99.

I love any Ponds product it's great especially for sensitive or dry skin ice always use this since I was 14 and ill never change it for nothing.
