It's such a broad concept. It's hard to say. I've seen so many forms of "sexy". However! I would definitely not choose "a victoria's secret model" as an image of sexuality.. You probably don't need to influence thousands of little girls to overdose on diet pills to achieve it. Sexy is a positive body image.

To the young girls offended by the sexy word. It is perfectly natural. It is highly inappropriate to apply adult sexual themes and vocabulary to minors. Don't worry about being sexy or not. An adult woman is appropriate to be sexy. That's how your parents had you and your grandparents had them lol. But for a child to be thought of as sexy- COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE and even damaging. Focus instead on feeling good in your own skin and loving yourself for who you are. As you become a woman sexy will happen without losing your wholesomeness. For now put it out of your mind and leave Victoria and her secrets alone. Too much time comparing your growing body to a woman's body, especially models who are usually digitally enhanced can be corrosive to your self esteem.

Oh, for us adults, I don't think sexy as in someone wants to sleep with me ( by now I assume everyone does) but in when I am present and comfortable in my own body to be fully connecting and receptive to those overtures or desiring in my own being. I think anything I lust to drink in with my eyes from the depths of me - it could be a person, a view, a piece of art, a nice thick steak- its all good. When your eyes dial ate to let in more of the light of the image and your nose flares to take in more of the scent. My cat used to curl her whiskers to point at me to take in more of my vibes. That desire to drink in an experience without losing yourself is the heart of sexy.

@loren I don't know what you mean by a womans body because those come in all shapes and sizes! I am petite so some would say my body is childish even though I am full grown. Sexy is about feeling positive in your body and embracing the natural ways bodies grow/change. Taking care of yourself is sexy because your body will surely thank you for it inside and out, old or young.
