I'm in a long distance relationship. I live in England and my bf is French and lives in Paris, we've been together coming up for 2 years. I'd say it is really important not to focus on how short the time is you actually have together, just try to enjoy it! and also, SKYPE ;p

Hi! i actually met my now husband at a bar. we started dating for a couple of weeks but then he had to move to NYC for work. we did the long distance thing for a year. Every month either i would go visit him or he would come down to see me. It wasn't easy, but it worked for us. you have to have trust. we have been married for 6 years now and have 2 amazing kids. oh...he moved back down to Miami to be with me so that i wouldn't be so far away from my family. If you are both serious about the relationship and its meant to be it will all work out. Good luck!!!

I've been in one. we met once a year. we been together for 7 years. almost married but shit happen so we didn't. LD is about trust and communication. and depends on you and your boyfriend if worth keep than keep the relationship. if not then it's better to end it as soon as possible. I'm talking from the experience :( hope yours going well. :)

just remind yourself why you're in love with him. It's really important to communicate. Talk about everything! If you feel something isn't working, he probably feels it too. It's best to try and work through it together...in any relationship, but especially long distance. GOODLUCK :)
