Yes I loveeee it with a bold lip! @Jayla, I use an angled brush (sometimes a pointed eyeliner brush) and eyeliner gel!

I am not a fan of it on hooded or aged eyes. When your eye is open it really accentuates the hood. Since mine are hooded I can't pull it off.
